Refund policy

Setup

If your site doesn't pass our installability check on iPhone and Android when we finish, we keep working on it at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.

Launch

• Android: if we can't get your app published on Google Play, you get a full refund.
• iOS: we work through up to three rounds of changes requested by App Review. If Apple still rejects the app, we refund the iOS half of the price.
• Early-bird orders have the same terms.

Care

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

What isn't covered

If our initial check warns that a store is likely to reject your app, for example because of its content or business model, and you ask us to go ahead anyway, the refund promise doesn't apply to that store. App store fees are paid to Apple and Google and aren't refundable by us.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@pwastack.com within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
